Do you mow retention ponds and detention basins?
Yes — slope, access, and existing vegetation determine the right equipment. Steeper slopes get walk-behind treatment or are priced as a specialty service. Send pond conditions when you request a walkthrough and we'll spec it correctly.
Do you walk the property with board members?
Yes — on a cadence the board picks. Walk the common areas, review any resident complaints, photo-document issues, and discuss upcoming services. Frequency is set in the contract.
Can you handle seasonal color rotations for amenity areas?
Yes. Spring, summer, and fall color rotations on a board-approved palette. Priced per rotation based on bed square footage — quoted in writing alongside the core contract.
