Quote to first visit. Usually inside a week.
Five plain steps, the same for residential and commercial. No high-pressure sales, no monthly averaging, no add-ons buried in fine print.
The owner answers the phone. The owner writes the quote. The owner shows up on the property. The same person handles every step — that's the whole pitch.
From first call
to ongoing service.
Same path for residential and commercial. Same person on every step. Same writing on every quote.
- 01You reach out
Call, text, or fill out the quote form. Same-week response — most messages come back the same day. The person answering is Tim, the owner. No sales floor, no call center, no scripted intake. Tell us where the property is and what you'd like done.
Step 01 - 02Free property walk or satellite measure
If you're inside our service area, Tim drives out and walks the property with you. If access is tricky or the timing doesn't line up, we measure via high-resolution satellite imagery and confirm by phone. Either way, no high-pressure pitch and no obligation to book.
Step 02 - 03Written quote in 24-48 hours
Every quote is line-itemed and emailed in writing. Mowing scope, trim, edge, blow-off, any add-ons — all spelled out per visit. No monthly averaging that hides the rate, no surprise add-ons mid-season. The $40 mow minimum is in writing and stays in writing.
Step 03 - 04You sign off, we book a start date
Approve the quote by email or text and we put the property on the route. Most residential routes can add a new property within 1-2 weeks. Commercial walkthroughs and contract starts are handled within 5 business days. You get a confirmed start date in writing.
Step 04 - 05First visit and ongoing service
Same crew every visit — that crew is Tim. Same weekday each week so you know when to expect the truck. Trim, edge, and a full hard-surface blow-off are included on every mow. If anything ever looks off, you call the same number you've been using since day one.
Step 05
Working with Lawn Harmony
What does the first visit look like?
Tim shows up on the scheduled weekday with the mower, trimmer, edger, and backpack blower. The full property gets mowed, every bed line and walkway gets edged, every tree and obstacle gets trimmed, and every hard surface gets blown clean before we leave. If anything on the property needs attention beyond the scope (storm debris, a downed branch, a sprinkler head you didn't know was broken), Tim flags it before he leaves.
Do you need access if we're not home?
Most properties don't require anyone home. Gates need to be unlocked or have a code we can use, and dogs need to be inside or secured during the visit. If access changes after the first visit, send a text and we'll adjust the route.
What if you damage something?
Lawn Harmony Landscaping LLC is licensed and insured. If we damage a sprinkler head, a fence panel, or anything else on the property, we tell you the same day and handle the fix or the claim. We don't disappear and we don't pretend it didn't happen.
How do payments work?
Invoices go out through Wave Accounting after each visit or on a billing cycle that fits your contract. Pay by card, ACH, or check — whichever you prefer. Existing customers can pay an invoice anytime at https://my.waveapps.com/login. No upfront deposits required on standard residential mowing.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Residential mowing is per-visit with no long-term contract — you can stop service anytime, and the only invoice owed is for visits already performed. Commercial contracts have written cancellation terms (typically 30 days) so both sides can plan the route.
