When do I get the credit?
After the neighbor you referred completes their first paid visit. We apply the $25 credit to your next invoice automatically — you don't need to remind us.
How many people can I refer?
No cap. Refer one neighbor, refer ten — every successful referral gets you another $25 credit. The credits stack on your account.
What counts as a successful referral?
The person you referred has to (1) book a written quote, (2) sign the proposal, and (3) complete the first paid visit. Quote requests that don't convert don't trigger the credit — we both need a real customer for it to make sense.
Does the person I refer have to mention me?
Yes — they need to tell us your name when they request the quote, or you can submit the form below and we'll reach out directly. Either way works.
Is there a minimum service to qualify?
Just our $40 mow minimum, which is our smallest service anyway. Any paid service counts — a one-time mulch install, an aeration job, a weekly mowing contract.
Can my referral use the credit on their first visit?
Yes — they get $25 off their FIRST paid visit when they mention your referral. So you save $25 on your next visit, they save $25 on their first. Both sides win.
What if I refer someone who's already a customer?
Existing customer referrals don't qualify since they're already on the route. The program is for bringing new properties onto our route.
